Esteban Echavarria
Co-founder and commercial director of Susty. Chemical Engineer, MBA and master in environmental management. He has lived in 5 countries and has a 30-year career as a country manager and manager for Central America in several multinational companies. He has also been sustainability manager for Latin America. Today he is dedicated to advising companies on management issues, business happiness and sustainability.
Julian Trussart
Founder and CEO of Susty. He has more than 10 years of experience in Startups for the biofuel industry, human resources and technology. His most recent training includes a program for entrepreneurs at the University of Cambridge where Susty was born. His mission is to create technological solutions available to everyone and with them attack the biggest problems of today.
Jose Maria Calvo
Founder of LumenUp, who has 12 years of experience in the creation of technological solutions. Today he is a CIO (Chief Innovation Officer) at the Double Digit Agency. His mission is to offer fresh perspectives to the emerging digital industry in Costa Rica.
Ana Kuhlmann
Commercial Director at Susty. Her experience includes marketing for mass consumption and technological innovation services, project management and NGO fundraising. As a Sustainability enthusiast and purpose driven worker, she joins our team to use her experience in what she is passionate about.
Luis Chaves
Environmental Technician at Susty. Environmental Engineer from Tecnológico de Costa Rica. He has experience with Bandera Azul Ecológica in the Climate Change category, Programa de Gestión Ambiental Institucional (PGAI) and environmental management. He also has knowledge in GHG (greenhouse gases) inventories, which are used for Carbon Neutral certifications.
